Everything you need to know to keep your kids safe when biking
With plenty of practice and these safety tips, your kids can learn to roll smart and safe.
Position the helmet on your head. Look up and you should see the bottom rim of the helmet. The rim should be one to two finger-widths above the eyebrows.
Make sure the straps form a ‘V’ under your ears when buckled. The straps should be a little tight but comfortable.
Open your mouth as wide as you can. Does the helmet hug your head? If not, tighten the straps.
