Assistant Nurse Manager, Pediatric Neurosciences and Progressive Care, Full Time Nights, Wolfson Children's Hospital

We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Pediatric Neuroscience and Progressive Care Unit at Wolfson. This is a full time night shift position. As an Assistant Nurse Manager, your duties include: 

• Assisting the Director of Med/Surg/Progressive with unit/area operations
• Working closely with direct care personnel to ensure delivery of quality patient care
• Facilitatinh patient throughput
• Taking lead role in implementing changes
• Supporting and coaches unit personnel in development
• Taking a direct patient care assignment as needed
• Staffing and scheduling of unit personnel
