Job Summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Prevention Coordinator to join our team. This role would require a flexible schedule.

The Behavioral Health Prevention Coordinator will develop and manage internal health system and community education focused on pediatric behavioral health prevention programs. This position will champion community campaigns including the creation of and anti-stigma campaign and building community collaboration. Resposibilites include being a trained facilitaor for Youth Mental Health First Aid and Trust-Based Relational Intervention, coordinating educational campaigns, building relationships with local schools to implement Calm Classroom, database management and report production.

As a Behavioral Health Prevention Coordinator, you are responsible for:

  • Leading anti-stigma campaigns.
  • Fostering community partnerships.
  • Facilitating programs like Youth Mental Health First Aid and Trust-Based Relational Intervention.
  • Coordinating educational initiatives.
  • Building relationships with local schools to implement Calm Classroom.
  • The coordinator will also manage databases and produce reports to track program effectiveness.

** A Master's degree in Social Work/Psychology or Counseling is required.
