Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at our Baptist Medical Center Clay Campus. 

We provide critical care for babies with various conditions; this includes comprehensive care for infants of all sizes with critical illnesses, respiratory support, sustained life support, and advanced imaging.  As a Nurse Supervisor for the NICU, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • 24/7 responsibility for the management of the unit.
  • Responsible for the quality of patient care, customer satisfaction (internal and external), staff retention and budget management.
  • Balance schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • High level function with Clairvia and associated operating system.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Nursing Leadership Experience

License and Certification

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • STABLE Certification (Neonatal Education Program) Required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification Required
