Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Pediatric Physical Therapist to our Outpatient team at Wolfson Children's Hospital, in Jacksonville FL! This is a PRN day shift opportunity with potential to float to other campuses as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist.

As a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist, you would be responsible for:

  • Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatment for patients.
  • Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability.
  • Oversee students and Rehab Technicians as needed.
  • Participates in departmental operations and in performance improvement activities.
  • Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
  • Participates in mandatory education and licensure requirements.
  • Develop skills needed to evaluate and prescribe custom pediatric wheelchairs and equipment.

*Active BLS from the American Heart Association and licensure from the FL Department of Health required*
