From the Doctor
I am a Florida native, who grew up in Tampa. My husband and I enjoy living in Jacksonville and spend our free time at dog parks with our golden doodle and eating at restaurants.
My philosophy of care is to meet the patient and family where they are, individually and together, to optimize the patient’s mental wellness. I enjoy building a therapeutic alliance with patients while offering a safe space to openly discuss their mental health needs. My focus is to incorporate a combination of medication management and individual therapy that is attentive and validating.
I am an LGBTQ+ ally and work with youth and their families on building acceptance in the home, school, and community.
