From the Doctor

I moved to Jacksonville from Lubbock, Texas, with my wife and enjoy living in the “Bold New City of the South.” We are parents who love and relish in all the joys that come with raising children.

As a pediatrician, my goal is to build partnership and educate parents on the most up-to-date medical recommendations, while still tailoring care to what parents need for their family. Educating parents is important as it helps to ease some of the struggles and anxiety that comes with raising a child.

My involvement with the Task Force for Children of Incarcerated Parents has enabled me to give back to an underserved group of children in Jacksonville. These monthly meetings have allowed me to gain insight on some of the struggles that face our children in today’s society.
