Wolfson Children’s is committed to keeping kids healthy and out of the hospital through proactive health and wellness programs in our community that address asthma, weight management and fitness.

Advocating for children is the most important part of our mission. Through THE PLAYERS Center for Child Health at Wolfson Children’s, we reach beyond the walls of the hospital to promote safe and healthy childhoods for all kids in our region.
Wolfson Children’s works with the Jaguars Foundation to help tackle youth obesity by promoting 60 minutes of physical activity a day.

From recognizing triggers and symptoms to taking medications, we help families learn how to manage asthma. Experts provide education and support, and we host classes, provide educational materials and offer training on how to use a peak flow diary and use treatment devices properly.
Providing free, easy-to-use tools and resources to help you start conversations with kids and teens, boost their mental well-being and break stigmas associated with children’s mental health.
